- To disclose your professional information that you have made public on professional social networks, start-up websites, business consulting websites to our clients who are interested in such information (categories of information: your name, surname, your public profile information, your public profile URL, job title, industry, work experience, number of recommendations received, awards, certifications, courses, languages, organizations, patents, projects, publications, test scores, volunteering experience, title of your online profile, country, groups, interests, websites, summary, number of connections, location you specified, and other information about you that you have made public);
- To handle your inquiry if you submit one (categories of information: your name, surname, contact email address, contact telephone number, project budget, bank account details, name of the company you represent, content and date of your inquiry, reply to your inquiry, and other communications with you, other information you provide us with);
- To fulfill accounting and legal requirements and, if necessary, engage in legal proceedings related to you or the company you represent (categories of information: all of the aforementioned information, invoices, payment information, services provided, accounting and legal case files, legal documents, and other information you provide us with). Please note that depending on circumstances which are impossible to define in advance, categories of information we collect may vary. You are required to provide us with the above-mentioned information that is necessary to conclude a data supply agreement with you and to fulfill accounting and legal requirements. If you do not provide us with the aforementioned information, we will not be able to provide our services to you;
- To enable you to create and manage your account, as well as access and use our Data API service (categories of information: your name, surname, phone number, email address, company name, industry, your account credentials (username, encrypted password), usage data (such as access logs, activity history, preferences)).
Why are we allowed to collect the information?
We collect the information only for the purposes described in this Policy above and where at least one of the following is present:
- You have given your consent (for example, to contact you as our prospective or existing customer and offer you our services or handle your inquiry if you submitted one);
- The information is required for the performance of a contract (for example, to conclude a data supply agreement with you if you wish to do so); to enable you to create an account and use our services via our platform if you wish to do so;
- We are required to use your information by law (for example, to fulfill accounting and legal requirements applicable to us);
- You have decided to make your professional information public (for example, to disclose such information to our clients who are interested in it); or

Where do we collect the information from?
We collect most of the information described under the section “What Information Do We Collect and for What Purposes?” directly from you. We collect your professional information that you have made public from publicly available professional social networks, start-up websites, and business consulting websites.
How long do we keep the information?
Your information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out above, considering criteria such as applicable rules on statute of limitations, legal requirements, and the duration of your use of our website and our services.
Do we collect information about minors?
We do not knowingly collect or sell the information of minors under 18 years of age. By using the website and/or our services, the user asserts they are not under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not use our website and/or services and do not submit any information through our website or services without parental permission. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received information from minors under 18 years of age, we will delete such information from our records.
Do we share the information with third parties?
